[ Eyes darker, cheeks a little warm, he leans back into the counter. A question bubbles in his mind, but Phainon swallows it back and away. He can’t be selfish here.

Instead, he blinks up at his friend. ]

Stop pouting.

I am not pouting.

[ He's absolutely pouting. His mouth is even turned down. ]

Mydeimos. You look like I stole your pomegranate juice and drank it in front of you.

[ He pokes that pout with one finger. ]

[ Swatting at his hand none too gently, but not actually trying to hurt him. ]

You're usually easier to fluster than this.

You distracted me with your new adornments.

[ And they’re attractive, which has him more focused and intense. ]

[ He smirks a little bit, letting his hand rest on Phainon's neck. ]

And you distracted me with your bite marks. Perhaps we should make it up to each other.

[ The leg pressing up against his is far less subtle. ]

That wasn’t intentional. Your piercings are.

[ Phainon shifts, hips rolling forward just a little, pleasure warming his body where he stands. With a loose shirt and sweats on, he’s not hiding anything. ]

Would you like me to apologise?

[ Mydeimos doesn't say the piercings weren't for Phainon because, in a way, they were; he thought of teasing the man first when he got them. So he says nothing in favor of not lying. Instead his smile only grows. ]

I'd appreciate an apology, only if you let me show mine as well.

Then tell me, Mydeimos.

[ Hands resting on the other man’s waist now, Phainon feels a little dizzy with the sudden rush of need. In his mind, a quiet voice begs for a kiss, but rationality smothers that away. ]

How should I apologise tonight?

[ Mydeimos goes a step further, raising a hand to rest on the bottom of Phainon's neck. One of his thumbs digs into a bruise left by his previous paramour. What he wants is to cover these marks with his own, so that there's no trace of the other on him.

He can't ask that, it's not something he wants to admit to. ]

With your mouth, preferably. I'm feeling lenient in that you may use it as you wish.

[ The slight edge of pain is heady and bizarrely good, though Phainon imagines he shouldn’t be surprised by it. All of his life cycles have been immeasurably painful, grief and hurt tied up with it, so it would make sense for some wires to be crossed. The prickle of hurt makes something warm trickle through his body.

It feels better with how familiar those hands are, knowing Mydeimos will take care of him. There’s no doubt there.

He bites his tongue, before he laugh, soft and faint. ]

The options are endless, aren’t they? On my knees, or here, exploring your new accessories. I need to decide.

[ Mydeimos knows he's being trusted to only hurt Phainion in a way that is good; in a way that he'll enjoy rather than shy away from. So he drags his nail across that bruised skin again, worrying it. ]

Who said you had to choose? There's time for both.

[ A gentle reminder. ]

[ It makes him twitch a little, weak under his hands. Phainon knows there are more marks for Mydeimos to discover, bites across his chest and hips, and he wonders at the reaction to those, too, his eyes flickering. ]

Ah, I see.

[ Leaning in, he nuzzles into Mydei's neck a little before kissing his collarbone. ]

I'll do my best.

[ The urge to catch Phainon by the chin and kiss him again rises within him; he waits a moment for it to settle, so that when he moves his hand he doesn't do so without thinking. ]

To your credit, your mouth has yet to fail you.

[ It's a taunt, as he wraps his hand around his throat, not stopping him but just leaving the pressure there. ]

[ The hand around his throat ought to frighten him, he thinks, but it doesn't. The trust he has in Mydeimos is too strong for that, and he just lets his gaze flick up. ]

It'll be hard to move if you keep hold of me.

[ Avoiding the compliment.

Slowly, he trails his mouth down, until he is pressing a kiss between Mydei's pecs. ]

Do you want me to let you go?

[ His tone is almost knowing, but he does let Phainon's throat go, even if it's just to grab at his hair now. His chest flexes under the kiss, his erratic heartbeat easily felt if Phainon is looking for it. ]

I didn't say that.

[ One of his arms wraps loosely around Mydei's waist, even as his mouth moves. It feels painfully easy to take one of those piercings into his mouth, to let his tongue explore the shape of it, the difference between flesh and metal, and it's... Painfully alluring, too.

Mydeimos made a good choice. ]

[ Whatever Mydeimos was about to say in response is lost in a soft hiss. Having his chest touched was already a pleasant experience, but this seems to heighten it. It's like his nerves have become more sensitive from the feeling, and it makes him hook a leg around one of Phainon's in an effort to push closer. ]

Good.

[ Phainon groans against his skin, arm tightening around Mydei.

He spends a little time there, testing to see what the other man likes best, his free hand slinking up. Slowly, ever so slowly, his fingers pinch the other, unoccupied nipple, just to see how he reacts. ]

[ He tugs on his hair - harder than he might have meant to, but it's not as if violence is unfamiliar between them - and gives a loud groan. Despite himself, he raises his other hand to cover his mouth a little, like he thinks he might be too loud.

(Or maybe he doesn't want to give the viewers the satisfaction this early.) He pushes his chest into his hands. ]

Phainon -

[ He's almost dizzy with it. The tug feels like the little studs might as well be connected straight to his nerves. He did this to tease any partners but it's quickly being turned around on him. ]

[ The harder pull makes Phainon moan softly, unable to help himself; the sharp bite of pain is good, anchoring, helping him focus. It's like one of their spars, like a fight, something he can lose himself in without worrying too much. It's welcome, after the lengths his mind has gone recently.

Leaning back, he gives Mydei a quick glance, pleased, before he hums. ]

I want to hear you.

[ And he swaps sides, sucking this time, to see how he reacts. ]

Greedy.

[ He has more to say about that but then Phainon swaps sides and sucks, and Mydeimos lets out a full blown whimper, heel kicking in reflexively where it's wrapped around Phainon's leg. He tugs on Phainon's hair again, making sure he doesn't stray far from Mydei's chest.

He was meant to be the one in control of this situation, but he easily lets Phainon direct it instead. ]

Mm.

[ The sound that Mydei makes is enough to make Phainon shudder, running through him like a spark of lightning. He wants to hear more of it, enjoying having this man at his mercy rather than it being the other way around, enjoying the pleasure of being the one in charge. Mydeimos could command him to move along, and he would listen, but right now he is the master of the moment.

One arm wraps tighter around Mydei's body, holding him closer. His teeth scrape deliberately over his nipple, and in a moment of inspiration, he bites it, pulling gently. ]

[ Mydeimos curses under his breath at that. It's more pain than pleasure, but just like Phainon, he enjoys the sensation. His back arches as his whole body bucks, a movement that would probably throw a lesser person off but certainly not Phainon. ]

We should move.

[ Not because of his precious kitchen but because his legs will probably give out otherwise. ]

That's probably a good idea.

[ Leaning back, his arm still tight around Mydeimos, his expression warm as he looks up at him, filled with fondness. His room is still a bit of a mess from his own encounter, so he hesitates briefly. ]

The sofa? Or would you prefer your room?
